If you plan to distribute materials—such as agendas, branded items, or welcome packets—we're happy to provide them at check-in or place them in guest rooms ahead of arrival, ensuring a polished and professional start to your retreat.

Accommodations

The Wilderness Lodge

Gathering Place Resort features comfortable on-site accommodations for up to 15 overnight guests, making it easy for retreat attendees to stay close to the action.

For added convenience, team members may charge rooms, meals, beverages, and souvenirs to their individual rooms by providing a credit card at check-in. Any company-covered expenses can be billed to a central group account, with charges handled discreetly to maintain privacy for each guest.
