At Gathering Place Resort & Lodge, we want everyone to have fun on the water. That’s why we offer you plenty of water craft options to choose from. For a relaxing afternoon, for example, consider renting our pontoon boat. Hoping to catch your limit of fish? Rent a fishing boat. Just want to explore? Try paddling our canoes or kayaks, which come free to use with your stay.
Pontoon Boat
Our 19’ luxury pontoon boat is available for rent by our resort guests. This pontoon holds a capacity of 8 adults and has a 40 hp motor. It is meant for cruising only (no fishing). Besides being a guest at our resort, you must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid driver's license to rent our pontoon.
Half Day (9am-2pm, 3pm-8pm) $175
Full Day (9am-8pm) $225
Fishing Boats
Our 16' Lund aluminum fishing boat with 15 hp motor is available for rent by our guests. The rate includes one tank of gas.
$100 per 24 hour period
If you prefer, we also rent an 18' Lund aluminum fishing boat with 60 hp motor. This boat is equipped with a trolling motor and fish finder. The rate includes one tank of gas.
$150 per 24 hour period
Canoes & Kayaks
We have a selection of kayaks and canoes for our guests to take out on the lake. Life jackets are available in adult and youth sizes. Please bring your own infant life vests.

Dock Space Rental
Looking to bring your own boat?
We have dock slips for rent; all with power available for charging motors. You are guaranteed a boat trailer parking space at the resort when renting a dock slip. Trailer parking and dock space is limited at the resort so please reserve your space when making your reservation. There is a boat launch within easy walking distance of the resort but even if you plan to pull your boat out every day, you must still pay for the daily use of the dock slip.
$25 per day
We also offer a boat launch service if you require assistance.

Navigating our resort should never keep you from joining your friends and family. If you or a loved one face mobility challenges, we're here to ensure you have full access to everything we offer. We understand the importance of independence, which is why we offer golf cart rentals designed to make your experience easier and more enjoyable.
Renting a golf cart is easy and quick. Call to reserve ahead of time, or rent on-site, and our friendly staff will deliver the cart to your cabin or site upon your arrival.
