Our family resort is small enough to offer a sense of intimacy, yet our grounds are large enough and cabins distanced enough to afford your family personal space for a relaxing vacation.
The Gathering Place Resort’s selection of six clean and comfortable cabins offers options for large and small groups. Each cabin was designed with relaxation in mind. Whether you cook meals together, gather around the kitchen table for a game of cards, hold a cookout or enjoy an evening on your outdoor deck, you will find the amenities you need:
- Our fully-equipped kitchens come with refrigerator/freezers, ranges, cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes, flatware, toasters, coffee makers, and microwaves.
- All cabins have picnic tables and gas grills complete with propane for outdoor cooking.
- We provide pillows, bed linens, hand and bath towels, wash cloths, dish cloths and kitchen towels.
- We also provide paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, facial tissues, and coffee filters.
- Each cabin has a smart television, and we provide free Wi-Fi.
We ask that you please pack your own
- Food and spices
- Toiletries including bar soap or body wash
- Beach towels (cabin towels are not intended for beach use)
- Ice
Each cabin has a personal firepit as a gas grill. Propane and an initial load of firewood are provided. Besides offering comfortable amenities, all our cabins provide a picturesque view of beautiful Red Cedar Lake.
